What Happens Next?

Thank you for booking your party with us!

These are just some reminders for your party with us, and what you need to do to prepare for it.

Your final balance is due 2 weeks before your party date – if you want to add any upgrades to your package, change the number of guests attending, or just have some general questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch by either calling us or sending us an email.

 Sparkler and fountain candles are not permitted to be used within Playmania.

Your party runs for 2 hours from your selected start time.

We will reserve enough tables for the amount of children attending. Please give us an estimate closer to the date of how many you are expecting to allow us to plan ahead.

Each attending child has ONE free adult to fetch along. All extra adults must pay £1.50 each on the day.

Disco & Character Party Schedule

Feel free to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your party. Don’t forget to bring your cake and candles!

For the first 30 minutes of your party, the kids will have PLENTY of time to burn some energy off on our 3-tier playframe. Whilst the kids are having fun, your experienced party host will work along side you to make sure all your guests are signed in, any allergies that your guests may have are catered for, and find out your little ones favourite song for later.

We’ll then announce your party to line up at the reception area as it’s NOW TIME TO PARTY! This announcement will then be followed by your child’s favourite song, and our party parade down to your private 30 minute disco (with your character(s) if chosen). 

After your magical disco, we’ll make our way to your private party room and once we’re here, we’ll light the candles and sing “Happy Birthday”.

Our friendly party hosts will then serve out your scrumptious party buffet*. Once you’ve eaten, we’ll then serve our delicious ice cream dessert, topped with chocolate and strawberry drizzle.

After the kids have eaten up, they can enjoy another 30 minutes of Playmania fun back on the playframe. We’ll then cut up your cake, wrap each piece up and place them in your party bags for you.

At the end of your party, we’ll announce that the party is now sadly over and for all the kids to come down and collect their party bags. This is also where you’ll receive your FREE return play pass, a review form that we’d appreciate if you could fill out for us, and also any outstanding balances you may have.
