To secure your party

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required upon booking. Payment methods include cash or credit/debit card.
Bookings can be made over the phone. Full payment required 14 days before party date.

Cancellations

Although the party deposit is non-refundable, we are always happy to make any changes to your party date or time, subject to availability.

Amendments to Party Bookings

If you need to change any of the details of your party booking then please just ask, we are always happy to help.

Responsibilities

Parents / Carers – Please note your child and those within your care are your responsibility at all times  while you are visiting Playmania (including whilst in the party rooms).  With safety in mind we ask that there is a minimum of 1 accompanying adult to 5 children under 5 and a minimum 1 adult to 8 children aged over 5 at all parties. 1 adult per invited children and 6 for birthday child. No sparklers or fountain candles allowed. Rules of Play & Safety still apply while attending Parties.
